about mikki

I’m a Breathwork Facilitator, Holistic Nutritionist, and Integration Coach.

I support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in learning how to regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and move forward in their lives with more clarity and stability.

After the loss of my mother in 2014, I found myself on a deeper spiritual path questioning, searching, and trying to understand myself and the world in a new way.

Years later, in 2021, I began doing more intentional inner work, including nervous system regulation, breathwork, and mind-body practices.

That’s when things started to shift.

Not overnight.Not perfectly.

But in a way that was real and lasting.

Today, I’m in my 50s and bring both life experience and professional training into the work I offer.

My path into this work didn’t begin in a classroom, it began through my own life.

There was a time in my life when I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward… even though from the outside, everything looked fine.

I know what it feels like to live in survival mode. To overthink, feel emotionally reactive, or disconnected from your body. To want something to change, but not know how to actually make it happen.

You are not broken.

Your body has been doing exactly what it needed to do to protect you.

And real change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to think differently…

it comes from creating safety in your body, so change can actually happen

This work is about:

  • Understanding your patterns instead of fighting them

  • Learning how to regulate instead of shut down

  • Creating safety instead of pushing harder

  • Building a life that feels more aligned and sustainable

I created this work for people who:

  • Feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected

  • Are going through a life transition or awakening

  • Have done personal development work but still feel blocked

  • Want support integrating deep or transformative experiences

  • Are ready for something deeper than surface-level advice

You don’t have to do this alone.

This is the work I wish I had when I was trying to find my way.

And now, it’s what I’m here to offer.
